How Child Care Vouchers Work

The Gemelli Childcare Voucher Scheme is explained within the diagram and described in the points below:

• 1.   The Employer sets up a Salary Sacrifice Scheme for each working Parent.

• 2.   The Employer pays for the Childcare Vouchers from Gemelli.

• 3.   Gemelli sends the Childcare Vouchers direct to the Parent (as part of their salary to arrive on their normal
         payday).

• 4.   The Parent uses the Childcare Vouchers to pay their Childcare Provider(s) (for all or part of their childcare
         costs).

• 5.   Gemelli pay the value of the Childcare Voucher to the Childcare Provider. (This is immediately paid direct
         into their bank account).
