How do I redeem the Childcare Vouchers?
You can redeem the vouchers by telephoning or e-mailing Gemelli, or returning the Vouchers to us by post. Alternatively parents can request that we pay a regular monthly amount direct into your bank account.
How and When will I be paid?
You will be paid direct into your bank account by BACS within 3 days of submitting details of vouchers
Can I accept vouchers for any child?
Yes, provided the person using the Childcare Vouchers is the parent or legal guardian of the child
How long are the vouchers valid for?
Paper Vouchers are valid for a 12 month period from the date of issue. Vouchers taken on our Paydirect or Account method have no expiry date.
Can I promote the scheme to parents?
Yes, if you would like us to supply you with 'Parental Information Leaflets' to hand out please ring us on 01280 851113 or complete an 'Enquiry Form'
How can I become a Registered or Approved Carer?
